1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Services Offered

We provide residential and/or commercial landscaping services, including but not limited to lawn care, maintenance, installation, seasonal cleanup, and other related services. The scope of work will be outlined in a written estimate or contract prior to service.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

We operate by appointment. You agree to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Payments

All payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, check, credit card, Venmo, etc.

Late payments may incur additional fees. Continued failure to pay may result in service termination and potential legal action.

5. Estimates and Pricing

All quotes and estimates are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, labor requirements, or scope changes. Any alterations to the original agreement must be confirmed in writing.

6. Liability and Damages

We are not liable for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other concealed structures unless previously disclosed in writing by the customer.

We carry liability insurance and take care to avoid damage to property. However, any claim of damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site including text, images, logos, and graphics is the property of [DuCharme Landscaping LLC and may not be reproduced or used without our written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the Site or its users. We reserve the right to terminate access to the Site or services at our discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hudson, WI.
